Elizabeth Moorehead

Liz is a rare breed that can call themselves a DC Native.  She attempted a brief escape from the area after high school, living in Boston and Ft. Lauderdale.  Almost six years later, she realized that there was no place like home, and returned to DC right before Christmas in 2007.  Liz and her fiance live in Glover Park (or Upper Georgetown, depending on who you talk to) with their two dogs, a Scottie and a Miniature Dachshund.  She currently works for publishing firm full time, while finishing up her degree in Communications.  (Busy, busy!)  When she's not studying or working, Liz can be found exploring the city where her fiance, singing karaoke, or hanging out with her friends.  Liz can easily be bribed with the promise of brunch, wine, beer, or a really fun movie.  She currently writes for her own personal blog,Beauty of Argument, and is also a featured bride on DCNearlyweds.
