Chocolate Academy Coming to Chicago!

Yippee Skippee Dippity Do!

I just saw a news blurb that Chicago will be the next chocolate academy for Switzerland based, Barry Callebaut.

Opening in June, the Academy is opening in the old Montgomery Building and will be the first location in the U.S.
