Small Changes That Can Make You Healthier

It's amazing how one edit to your daily habits came mean big changes for you. Perhaps it's the need to quit smoking. Maybe it's adding more blueberries to your diet.

This video is another example of how making something look 'fun' can actually motivate folks to be healthier. After these stairs were altered, 66% more people took the stairs. When I lived in France, I remember seeing funny signs on the walls that said something like, 'We know you hate taking the stairs, but it's good for your heart!' What small changes have YOU made to make your life healthier?
