A Treat for Your Inbox: CityShopGirl

A while ago I found out about CityShopGirl. CityShopGirl is an email newsletter that shares special deals throughout town - from happy hours to special shopping events to great restaurants and happy hours. I figured it would be a great thing to share for my first Gals Guide post to share with other gals.

To get an idea what they're about, they recently informed readers about a special Bloomingdales shopping event at the Chevy Chase store, as well as informing readers about special burgers being featured at Good Stuff Eatery on Pennsylvania Avenue SE to happy hours throughout town and sales at local boutiques in Georgetown.

I'm fairly certain that if you enjoy Daily Candy (and who doesn't) you'll enjoy CityShopGirl. The great thing? While I get the DC centric emails, they do have emails for Miami, Boston, Seattle, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta and San Francisco - you can sign up for their emails here and start getting little bits of happiness in your email every day!

Oh, this is awesome. Love adding up the deal goodies during this zany economy. Great tip. I actually lost my love for Daily candy and was looking for something new.
