The launch of Gals Guide’s new, interactive fitness column! 

Written by yours truly, I’ll provide simple, fad-free, easy to understand, no-nonsense answers to your most pressing fitness concerns. There will also be suggestions and tips on how to apply these answers in order to gain the maximum benefit from your exercise efforts.

Reading this segment will help you optimize your fitness routine, learn effective training methods and even improve your overall quality of life… or at least provide a quick distraction from a busy day at work.
