Almost 10 years ago, Leslie Banks moved to Chicago on her birthday. For her, the city is a gift that keeps on giving every day with new places to explore and experiences to share. Living in Printer’s Row is the perfect fit for a life fueled by a love of books and reading.  After 13 (lucky) years in publishing, she made the leap to join the financial communications business at Morningstar as Director of Marketing.

Leslie loves to dance, capture moments on film, talk about good (or even bad) books, go to BYOB restaurants, and collects great shoes and accessories.  This former remedial math student proves your past only defines your future as much as you allow it to, since she was recently featured among the “12 financial Twitterers worth following” on SmartMoney.com.
